cannot be held responsible for the actions of any person
that you may meet through an Brisbane Speed Date event. Brisbane
Speed Date takes no responsibility for the actions of participants
at or after an Brisbane Speed Date event. You agree not to
initiate any claim against Brisbane Speed Date resulting from
either social or dating activities and agree to hold Brisbane
Speed Date free from any liability.
Brisbane Speed Date
reserves the right to refuse admission to any individual
who does not conduct themselves in an appropriate manner,
or who has not followed the guidelines given for conducting
events. In these circumstances NO refund will be given. To
participate in an Brisbane Speed Date event you must be 18
years or older. Please do not attempt to register if you are
under the age of 18. We have the right to ask for proof of
age identification.
Brisbane Speed Date
reserves the right to use any photos taken at any of
our events for advertising or promotional purposes. If you
do not wish for this to happen please notify us and we will
respect your decision.
**The Personal
Guarantee is limited to one free event only.
Privacy
We will
not sell or provide your contact information to any other
organisations who may be interested in making unsolicited
contacts.
Your personal
details will not be given to anyone except with your express
consent. By registering for an Brisbane Speed Date event you
are giving permission to
Brisbane Speed Date
to forward on
your details (such as first name, email address and contact
phone number) to any participant you ‘match’ with.
Apart
from this, your personal details will remain confidential.
We will maintain this information in our secure database and
may use it to contact you with information regarding future
events. If you do not wish to receive these announcements,
please contact us and we will remove you from our mailing
list.
Refunds
Very few people truly understand the time, effort and stress in organising a Brisbane Speed Dating
event. We pride ourselves on having even numbers so it is very important that we know
who will be attending the event. If you cannot make it PLEASE PLEASE
let us know. After all you wouldn't like it if you attended an event with uneven numbers!
Refunds may be given if we are notified at least 7 days before the event
before the event (less $5 admin fee).
